About Me
My name is Gabrielle. I’m CIMSPA approved Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Fitness Instructor. I’m also a certified nutrition coach.

I found myself on this fitness journey after spending the majority of my childhood and early adult life struggling with being overweight, crash dieting and generally being unhappy with my body.
In 2016 I finally decided I was done with crash diets and forcing myself to pound the treadmill. I made a decision to try to work with my body instead of fighting against it and plucked up the courage to step inside the gym.
I fell in love with strength training and learning more about choosing the foods that would nourish and fuel my body without complete restriction, with the occasional treat of my beloved chocolate!

Years later, I realised that the 9-5 life wasn’t for me and I wanted to share my knowledge of exercise and nutrition with others, to allow them to feel what I feel: happy and healthy! Upon completion of my qualifications, I am finally ready to help you embark on your own health and fitness journey and help you to achieve your goals, however large or small they may seem!
